As of July 1st, 2014 the new Anti-Spam & Online Fraud Act is in effect. This will change how veterinary clinics communicate with exsisting clients, businesses, and non-business relations. This means that a clinic must send an email to its exsisting membership to allow them to 'opt in' to continue to recieve future communications.
